Right, I'm guessing that, but how does Amazon not shut that shit down?
I'm guessing same reason Ford doesn't stop ADMs. It's just supply and demand. In this case, it's gotta be very temporary. Manufacturing will be ramped up. And if they can't keep up, copycats will show up. I think the reason there have only been a few tiny efforts previously is that I suspect prior to Android 11, any device had to have an app.

Just checked back on Amazon for this now. What is a $90 product (and still listed as that on Target, despite being hopelessly sold out), this is what Amazon now shows...
Not only do we get ADMs on cars, we get it on AA dongles now too? Scalpers are trash:

Who in their right mind would pay $275 for this? 205% markup...
I hope these work better than the factory option for wireless Android Auto; My F150 has Sync 4, with wireless and I have had to disable it, multiple times, because it keeps turning itself on, even if you are plugged into a usb cable...the phone call quality was terrible on wireless, the audio (via youtube music is good), and often times it will just randomly disconnect from the phone say "your phone has a weak wifi signal" when the phone is literally 8 inches from the Sync unit. Hoping you or the others that are able to get them post some reviews, because really wireless would be awesome, if it works as expected.

Yeah, I am hoping it's good, too, since I dislike taking my phone out of my pocket (but doesn't bother me for wife's truck since the seats are wider etc), especially on shorter drives/commute. Road trips it's still to wired for the charging.

However, what is most likely an issue with my Galaxy S21 (and not my car), the BT doesn't start playing music automatically (like every other car I've had) when you connect, I'm hoping this remedies it, since I think it connects to your phone via WiFi, not BT (even tho BT has to be enabled).

It may just have to do with the app you use to play music, most of them will start playback when an audio source changes.

Is this the only one that does wireless android? There are a ton of carplay ones out.

It does this with Spotify, Pandora and AIMP (which is a decent Android Auto-friendly music player for local music files), really without much of a change when switching between apps.
Maybe I ought to do a factory reset.

Right, there are a ton of wireless CarPlay dongles. There's a crowd-funded AAWireless, which isn't a "Google-approved" dongle, but apparently works well. This is the first Google-certified/approved/supported (I don't know what the official lingo is for this) dongle out there, made under the Motorola brand (but not made by the phone company), so understandably demand is STUPID-high.

I'd be more concerned with the full-blast of porn audio that auto-resumes when it connects to the car... :)

Test fit the color match spoiler on my wife's vert...really happy with it for an after market. Carbonized Gray to match the mirror caps on the HPP package.

That's exciting. What are your initial thoughts?
haven’t had much of a chance to drive it hard but it’s cool so far. I will give a better review after I have logged it and gone through a revision or two. Right now it’s still the base tune. Logging it tonight so I will keep you posted.

Replaced cheap looking console panel on my 2016 GT with a new one with leather and red stitching. It’s an easy one to one replacement. Optically definitively a small upgrade.

Is that generally where your knee/shin rests? Does look lot better. The middle portion that connects to the tunnel is still plastic (or that rubberized coated), right?
