Took the day off for my wife’s birthday today. I got up early to wash and liquid glass the car because her chariot needed to be perfect. Took her for some sushi for lunch.

Looks great. I wanted to get a Bright color like that or the orange but worried it might be too much after time so went with the silver to play it safe. Not sure I made the right choice lol

My first Mustang I ordered Magnetic. It came with bad paint which I took as a sign from the horsepower gods, and I went with my other choice the second go around.

I have to say, the WD40 degreaser really worked out well. If you make a mess during your oil change. Spray it on, let it sit for five minutes or so. And rinse it off with a fine spray on your garden hose. After that, I did a good wipe with some rags, and put a fan under it for about an hour. No residue!

Happy Camper again! 👍😎🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍

Priorities! Good man and cheers to you. 🍸

I took the car to the dealer closest to my work for a 15k oil change and tire rotation. My first time at a Ford dealer. Pretty conflicted about the "experience" but I'm super-cool with the $128 bill. Everything else I've owned would be twice that so... *shrugs*

What the dealerships don’t understand is We Are Enthusiast’s. We have a passion for our cars and we want them taken care of correctly! I wouldn’t care if the oil change was $500. As long as it was performed correctly! It’s all about selling cars! After that your pretty much on your own..

The nGuage powered on for a few minutes today. Screen has lines in it, changes colors then dies.

Before it died again it showed my ETH% at 77. I've run 2+ tanks of 93 so it should have shown much lower. Read the CELs and they were for the car running too rich. That explains the shit gas milage on 93, and the AFR that stays in the 9.5-10.6 range when under any kind of load. Looks like not only the nGuage failed, but now my car isn't relearning the fuel composition after refilling.

I'll see what PDB says. With the nGuage manufacture gone, I'm afraid this could turn into a PIA and relatively expensive fix.
How long have you had your ngauge? And do you use it full time? With your car being a 2020, if you've only had it 1-2 years that sucks! I'm a little concerned about mine as this isn't the first time hearing about them crapping out.

I've had it hooked up nearly every day since I got it in January of this year. Bought the car new last October.

Up until the beginning of July it was on a window mount in the left corner. It crapped out once and seemed "dead" but when I hooked it back up to a laptop and provided power though the USB port it worked again as normal; powered off the OBDII port.

July 2nd I installed a dash mount and put it in the center air vent spot (non PP car obviously).

I like to run the AC with the windows down in the summer. It get's extremely humid around here, and I noticed significant condensation around those vents a few times since mounting it there. I assumed the PCB is coated to prevent a short. Maybe I was very wrong. Or maybe it was just a unit that was never going to last anyway.

IDK how or why it died, but it did. And now I'm stuck with a car that is running like shit and can't take it to Ford to see why as they'll just blame it on the tune without even checking it out ( I have a friend in a similar situation but with broken shift forks. Ford won't touch it with a non OEM tune). That said, it could be the tune too. Although I've had the FF tune loaded for a few months now and the car was fine up until around the time the nGuage died.

I have had mine for a while now. Mine is mounted to the left vent. I cover it during the day while I’m at work because it’s 90° outside and so far so good. I immediately turn the air on when I get in the car to cool it down and I do run it as well with the windows down.

The problems with the nGuage aside, I'm mostly concerned with why the car isn't relearning the fuel composition anymore. It's seems to still be running a table for E85 but should have picked up that there's only been ~E10 for the last 500+ miles.

For the record I have not taken the car over 4.5k RPM since I noticed, and have not gone full throttle.

I hope my cats survive this period of turmoil.
