Keep in mind tht th screws in the swing without gurney flap ar 10mm long, the screws that are used to hold the gurney flap onto the swing are 15mm long.
Maybe you are going by total length? Threaded length is 6 mm for the OE screw. I also bought 8 mm and 10 mm threaded lengths just in case and they are both too long for use without the Gurney flap. Threaded length for the Gurney screws is 10 mm. I have those and the threaded length matches perfectly to the 10 mm ones I ordered.
Not sure I'm following you. I was fortunate enough to get both sets of screws. Threads for non-Gurney are 10mm (1xcm). Threads on Gurney version are 15mm (1.5 cm).
I have both sets of factory screws as you do and have th same thread measurements.
Same as in are both sets the same? No. One set is longer than the other.
No, one set longer than the other, short 10mm, long 15mm.

To update everyone on my journey to get the correct screws. The ford dealer that’s been working on getting replacements for me said ford and ford performance have been less than zero help. A national fastener company said they found the proper fastener in a catalog, but it’s a low production item and is currently backordered. As soon as they get it in stock, and get it to me, I’ll definitely let the group know. Heck, maybe I’ll order a dozen sets so I can distribute to everyone who needs it.
Were you able to find out who actually makes the Swing + Gurney flap?
I would sure be up for the proper "Hens Teeth" Gurney Flap screws. Please let me know. Regards, Ray
