A really tough job on jackstands. But that's how you get the job done when you are by yourself. Good Stuff!
Honestly it isn't half bad. With the right tools of course. I was a Master tech in my previous career, so Iv'e done this a time or two.

Decided to go out and install my speedform gt350 style mud flaps/winglets and yes they do fit a 2018 just fine despite what some reviews say. I'm convinced some people are either trying to put them over the existing plastic lips on some PP2s or they just can't figure out how to install them for some reason

What makes it tough? Do you have to unbolt the headers or something? I've done a 2018 GTI clutch and while it wasn't hard, it was definitely the most tedious clutch I can see being possible on jackstands. Wondering how this would compare for future reference.

Installed a GT350 steering wheel. When taking the old wheel off, I noticed the 24mm nut was actually pretty loose, which was odd.

Do you have PP wheels? If so - do you have a before & after pic?
Just standard wheels, I painted the calipers this week and put the new lugs on but wrapped them with a paper towel when doing so as not to scratch. Not sure if they would or not, but wanted to be safe.

Are you the original owner? Any warranty work that might have required removing the wheel?

I'm the second owner. It had an accident report on the Carfax, but no airbag deployment. Can't think of any reason the wheel would have needed to come off previously. That said, I'm also not sure of what warranty work was performed before I got the car other than the A/C evap and compressor replacement since that was also on the Carfax. I guess I'd need to see the OASIS.

I think the wheel comes off for evap replacement.
