Injector Dynamics should be releasing their brushless fuel pump soon. Said to pump over 700 lph. PBD has one now that they are testing.

I don't blame Jon, he's trying to keep our cars alive. My '18 Mustang was the last to be tuned by him in 2018 with the DW400/BAP/ E85 because of the many track tests and logs we did together. As I made changes and began dropping pulley sizes, my fuel pressure just wouldn't hold at the top of the RPM's. It just wasn't consistent or safe to keep supporting on a mass scale as a tuner in my opinion. I then made the switch to a full fuel system and all is well. (fyi- I was able to get down to the mid 9's @ 148mph on the DW400/E85/BAP but the pressure was dropping up top, for my experience on the HP threshold)

I ran 9.69 @ 143 mph with this set up but have since went to a Fore setup for increased boost.

How much boost were you running when you ran the 143mph before you switched over to the full fuel system?

I am on JMS BAP and ID1050x with my 19 GT, Hellion Kit on E85. Car traps 140 on 7lb springs.

I can only share my findings from what i have experimented with.

I had a GT350 Return Style fuel system with -8 feed and -6 return that maxed about on a 85mm (13psi) on E85 with losing fuel pressure after 6k rpm.

I added a JMS BAP 18v and it held another 2 psi and on a 79mm (15psi) it started dropping fuel pressure above 5k rpm.

At this point i swapped the stock fuel pump in the gt350 hat to Twin DW400s which held the 79mm with no issues alone.

When i dropped down to a 69mm(18/19psi) and ID1300x2 the twin DW400s would not hold pressure and would drop below 60psi after 4k rpm.

Jon jr said i can try the BAP with the DW400s and i did on my own time on and 18v it would pull to 7k before dropping fuel pressure. With it set to 22v it would hold through the full 7800 shift at above 75psi of fuel pressure.

I was advised by Jon to go with a fore twin pump system as the BAP was a bandaid.

So i think dual dw400s can support about 900rwhp and with a bap over 1000rwhp but i never dynoed the car so idk just my experience.

I ran 9.3 @ 149mph on a entire stock fuel system with BAP on race gas... Thats about the limits of the stock pump for sure, id imagine a drop in pump and BAP would support a lot of power on race gas alone not E85.

How much boost were you running when you ran the 143mph before you switched over to the full fuel system?

That was a 4.88 pulley so around 12lbs give or take but the DA was great, around 200.

I'm not at Toy Cobra's power level but I am probably a little over 700 rwhp on a 15 running a DW400 with BAP and duty cycle on pump looks fine in logs.

I'll try to when I get home. I want to say that it was at 48 percent but that might be a max value or something.

My lambda is .78 and doesn't move under WOT with my ID1050x JMS BAP and E85 with my hellion TT 19 on 7lbs. 140mph trap.
