UPR polyurethane motor mounts (dropping the engine 1/2”) going on today.

Done.

Noticeable drop when looking at this angle and from the side.

Initial impression...very nice. Slack has been removed from the shifting and it only helped to solidify the driveline. Coupled with the other mods I have I’m liking it.

Completely worth the $159.

Labor took a little over an hour with it on a lift.

Put a clutch extender pedal on... SO much easier to shift and a lot more comfortable.

Make sure you use anti sieze on the threads those caps sieze on pretty quick. then you have to replace the stem. and that is not cheap, Don't ask me how I know but a little anti seize sure will help

I finished up the install of Sullivan Racing Pedals on my 2017 GT. No more slippery clutch pedal. Heel toe like a boss.

Yes the clutch and brake covers simply peeled off with a little strong finger force. The gas pedal is held on with a 25mm torques bolt.
I suggest this is not a beginner mod as drilling the clutch and brake pedals is a bit tricky and the gas pedal should be removed once you decide where or how you will place the new cover.
I determined the new gas pedal could go 1/4 inch below and right of the base pedal (once the OEM foot pedal trim was removed) I set it up on the workbench and saw the Sullivan gas pedal had too much arch for my position. IT would have fit nicely if hanging down 1/2 to 3/4 inch but IMHO that would have hit the floor with my added mats and risked a binding situation. So i simply pounded the Sullivan gas pedal to a lesser curve to fit my desired location. Anyway not what I call a first mod but doable and the new pedals are very grippy

Final Final: Tried 7/16" split loom over the 5/16ths: Fits very nicely, still yet even more insulation. Good. (Almost Cool)

Final—I hope—chapter in the Hot Prop Rod Trivial Mods Drama:

Five-sixteenths split wire loom corrugated tubing fits the rod perfectly and has enough insulation properties to soften the painful impact of touching the hood prop rod when it is too hot to handle. Heat shrink tubing 14mm size fits over the loom tube and when shrunk secures the insulation's position on the rod The position is important because the bare sections of the rod lie very close to the radiator cover; the insulated, shrunk part can be accommodated in a depression between the end sections. I put a small piece of the corrugated tubing over the bearing part of the J/L section that anchors the rod to the car, eliminating some slop in that area.

Yes, the OEM clutch and brake pedal will pull off. Work one corner and the rest will come off easily. For the accelerator pedal, remove the three anchor nuts and disconnect the harness.
