Holy shit dude... Just clean it every so often instead of buying a new one..LOL
(AH1395) How in Hell could you ever let a filter go so long? it's a 1/2 hour job to clean and replace when doing routine maintenance

He explained it already, some debris hit and damaged the front along with the filter and he had to drive home like that.

I'm aware that it was damaged due to an accident. I commenting on how dirty the filter was.

The filter is positioned right in front of the wheel well liner behind the bumper. I drove about 400 miles after the incident happened so the filter was exposed right next to the front tire.

I clean the filter every few months, I don't think any more than that is really necessary. I had just cleaned it a month or so before this happened lol

Spray with filter cleaner, Use low pressure water (garden hose for me) to wash the filter from the inside out. Keep the hose inside the filter so the water and dirt washes away from the filter rather than go inside it.

Rotate and go from different angles until the water coming off the filter is clean.

Let it dry (don't use a heatgun/hairdryer)

Re-oil, let dry, and install.

I used an Airaid spray oil and spray filter cleaner kit. Although I read on the box of my new filter not to use aerosol oil, so check with your air filter manufacturer first.

Drake billet dead pedal arrived today. Looks much better than the OEM black plastic $28 bling :D

Dropped my wing off for paint. Just waiting for my color match vinyl to come in to cover the old holes and my install will finally be complete.

So I finally dynode the car today. Not necessarily the best conditions (81.61°F and 31% Humidity). Results are 268.16 HP and 268.19 torque. See attached graph.

Now this is with the stock intake manifold (need to finish porting my intake) and I think I am running a little rich...so a data-log and tune revision is needed.

Not complaining, for a naturally aspirated v6, i'm please...but I think some refinement is needed.

Thoughts @Nagare , @zackmd1 , @whatdoyoufeedit? , @Stam616

Sorry for the late response, haven't been online much lately. Datalog until your tuner says it's good and see what happens. Who is your tuner btw? I don't like MPT they tune way too rich for my tastes. Every car is different so your car might make more or less than so and so's car.
