If you want to Autocross, it's the wrong car for you. Big track is where this car shines. It just wants to RUN!
I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to sell my '21 soon. I just have to work up the nerve to accept the fact that, I'll never have another awesome car like this again. It's the best Mustang...
Every time I see this thread is reminds me of my friend who used forscan on his F150 to adjust wheel diameter so he could scam his Lease. lol. Nobody cares about parking lights and seat belt dingers.
If it were their SM-10's I'd be on it. SM-10's are the only wheels I like. It's the only time I wish a wheel was mass produced and sold under different names. I can't find anyone that uses Apex's Italian supplier to buy a different named SM-10.
I have done studs a few times on S550's. It's actually really easy. It takes longer to do but I still think it's less work and obviously less expensive. I am however a fan of being able to pull an assembly off a shelf and replace it if you need to go back to stock. 6 in one hand Half dozen...

Dual rates are the best springs for a Daily that hits the twisties. Linear springs are great & best for track only but that gets obnoxious on the street. Borderline dangerous depending on how bad the roads are and where you live. In one car I cracked 3 different wheels...
We have two kids one 11 and the other 4. My 11 year old eventually used just a bottom booster seat that was sitting in the garage. A few months ago I took my 4 year old around the neighborhood just using her old booster. A 5 minute ride left a sizable crease in the leather. You have to use a...
I have the Diono Radian 3R for the Shelby. It is not light because it's steel core. It's built to be safe and take up a smaller footprint. Don't do what I did in the beginning and keep moving it back and forth between vehicles. if you have multiple vehicles, just buy one for every vehicle...
Does anyone know whats causing the stock squatting look of the GT500? It's still the same IRS and front Subframe as the 350's so I'm confused what's causing it. Aftermarket springs for the GT500 are the same height as the other Magride springs on the GT350 and GT's. Some of the aftermarket...
Dealers back out of sales all the time even with a contract to buy. I have had it happen several times. ..even with regular cars and not the in demand cars. You sign "their" contract, they aren't signing your contract that says they have to sell it to you.
Oddly I have only had this happen...
I'm sorry if I missed it, I thought they were ordering you a '22. If they already have the car on the lot then you'd probably be fine. If they take your car ahead of time with a delivery TBD, then you're risking a whole lot.
I'm over 500 miles on my '21 so it's about time to part it out and haul it off. Once I live in a place with a better car culture, I'll probably drive it more. At that point though I might just buy a 67-68 Shelby and just have the new car for track use only.
Steeda dual Rate or Progressive springs is a great place to start. If that doesn't cure any quality issues, consider switching 19" or 18" wheels. On my '16 GT, the biggest drop in ride quality was when I went to 20" wheels. I got used to it of course.
