Holy shit dude... Just clean it every so often instead of buying a new one..LOL
I don't think cleaning will help that filter, looked like he beat someone with it.

Well of course not now... But a bit of maintenance along the way would have saved it.

Since he said he picked up the car from the body shop (bumper replacement and fender repair) and he said he replaced the damaged air filter, I inferred that the filter was damaged in some sort of accident.
Now, the amount of dirt on the filter is an entirely different issue (unless he ran into a coal hopper)...
Glad to see it's repaired, though.

I installed the MT-82 Trans Bushing, washed it and Took a Picture like a Newlywed.

I bought a Procharger P-1SC-1 from Ebay, Nitto NT555 G2 285/35/19 and 305/35/19 from a user on here, and SVE S350 19x10/19x11 wheels from LMR. I've reached out to Kurgan Motorsports, Palm Beach Dyno, and Tuners Inc in Jax regarding dyno tuning and have received limited responses so far. If I can get someone to tune my car I'll be almost set! Still thinking about half shafts, clutch, OPGs, and if I should keep my cats or not.

I got my Mustang back from the bodyshop today finally. After four times going back to have them fix and do things correctly. Glad to have her home.

Please....please-please-please-please share your before & after impressions. And specifically what you installed.......and how the installation went.......
I'll tell you mine:

I just installed the alignment kit only. That's the 4 plastic sleeves for the rear subframe alignment and the aluminum spacers to take up the slack around the subframe bushings to body mounts. I didn't install the IRS bushings or the subframe connectors (yet).

I mostly got it to start the process to improve the squishiness and movement in the car for the rear, and also align the subframe to eliminate any chance that my huge 19x11 wheels on 325/30R19's weren't going to touch anything.

Have two bottle jacks handy, and use them to stabilize the differential and control how much up-and-down you want to create the space you need to get these parts in place and drop the bolts. I followed the instructions for both kits (each come with a set of steps), but where one would tell me to loosen but not remove I would jump to the other one so I could do all of this at once. You just have to go slow and be patient, and pay attention to the instructions. I also had some poly bushing lube handy for when I got those aluminum collars in the bottom/rear bushings (the ones with the allan bolts) and the the plastic sleeves. The poly lube held the plastic sleeves in place while I fiddled around with the next part, which was:

...getting the subframe bolts to line up with the holes requires a long steel punch I had sitting around to get enough leverage on the subframe to line up the holes. Mine was about 5/16" off to the passenger side near the rear. Then get the bolts started.

The rest was working my way from back to front to get the bolts all started, and get those front brackets lined up with the smaller 13mm bolts. I didn't want to strip anything so I had to use my long steel punch a couple of times as a lever. In the end I was able to get them all started, then it was a process of wrenching on them until hand tight, then torque to specs.

Since then I took it to an alignment shop (nothing to do - it was perfect), and my wheels/tires showed up. Exactly the same clearance on both sides, and I can definitely feel a difference in the handling. The squishiness in the rear of the car is diminished.

Now I'm ready to make decisions about furthering this along. The "stop the hop kits" I think are really a good way to go, so I'll probably be completing one of those kits here next.

Today? I'm cleaning - again. There's a NW Mustangs meeting tomorrow and I'm hopefully going to be a new member as of Monday. Can't show up with a dirty ride.

Fixed my damn trunk latch. One of the cables got cut from rubbing or lack of slack.
Did you also fix the blue wire that also has cracked open in your pic? That will be the next to break.
