I did mine for: 511(FR track dampers)+48(2x GT350R fronts)+99(BMR SP095) = 658 plus shipping from White Bear Lake...pretty damn good deal for a nice spring/damper setup.

Orrr......you can skip the GT350 struts, and keep the rest of the list the same.

Use PP front take off struts if you have a non-PP...or if you have a PP, you have the dampers you need for a kit like this.

Fact of the matter is, our "Performance" rated springs work incredibly well with the OEM Dampers.

The other fact is, I have found the PP cars to ride much better, by using a 10% stiffer rear spring and trimming the bump stops. ;)
Yeah, that dramatically reduces the price point to $385 shipped for all the Ford parts bringing the total to $945 for this particular build. Damn cheap for a suspension modification that will really wake the car up. My not be as impressive for the PP guys but definitely worth considering for non-PP guys.

Interesting enough, getting the Track Strut and Shock Kit may also be an option though it adds more cost. At $640 shipped, it brings the combo up to $1200 even. This bumps it above the cost of the full track suspension package though with much different components. Be interesting to compare the two.

BMR-SP088 Rear 1/2" Drop (800lb/in)
GT350 Struts
PP Rear Shocks
BMR, or any other larger than stock front adjustable Sway Bar
PP Rear 22.2mm rear bar

Who wants to try it? I may, if my Viking front coilover kit doesnt show up soon.

;)
I was about to try it but after talking with you on the phone I now have SP084 front and SP088 rear sitting in my garage while I wait for my GT350 struts to arrive. I'm not as concerned about the lower drop up front. I fully expect to need a larger rear bar but I'm going to test just the springs and struts first.

I posted one above in this same thread.

In conclusion, it's a nice ride, I've had it since Saturday. It takes a few days to break in the dampers, but right now it's quite street driveable. If course, it's a tad harsher than stock, significant but nothing near annoying. Feels like what a PP car should be. I haven't had the chance to do a lot of corner carving...it feels very composed and stiff when turning at 50-60mph (which is the most I recall from my daily driving, haven't tried to intentionally push it).

Keep in mind I had the CB005 and CB006 installed too.

The rake is not as apparent as I had thought but it was unrealistic of me to expect an obvious rake with the smallish drops. This is my DD car and frankly, the setup is quite nice...specially for the money.

I much rather have the combo you decided to go with. ;)

So, I'm on an EB and I think I'm going to go with PP shock & struts, GT350 (non R) front coils and either 350 rears at 800 or SP082s at 740 to maybe help keep the commute comfy. Then I'll work on getting some good bars in there.

I would prefer to get the R springs at 240, but I'm afraid they'll be too much for the PP struts. I'm tempted to get them then and use the PP struts temporarily then upgrade in a bit. Any thoughts?

I'm no expert but wouldn't the front sit pretty high on an Ecoboost with the base GT350 springs?

It'd sit about the same height as regular EB springs. The rate is higher but there's some drop with the GT350 springs (~10 mm). They'd very likely cancel each other out.

Difference is only a couple hundred pounds so that's one person give or take. I don't see it being that drastic of a difference.

some of that depends on the overall free length of the spring.

Great info here, I wasn't sure if the r rear springs were any lower than the regular gt350 r springs.

Just ordered!
