BMR Suspension Minimum Drop Front Lowering Springs for 2015-Newer S550 Mustang - SP089

Improve the cosmetic appeal and increase the handling capabilities of your S550 with Minimum Drop Front Lowering Springs from BMR Suspension. Manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, these springs are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine that can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. These springs will slightly lower the front of your 2015 and Newer V8-equipped Mustang and feature a 170 lb/in linear spring rate to give you a smooth ride and great looks. The BMR Lowering Springs (SP089) lower the center of gravity to allow the body to stay flat and level in the turns, while remaining soft enough for a comfortable ride on any road. The reduced drop lets you add a supercharger or turbo system without excessively lowering the front end. BMR designed the SP089 springs for street performance, but it also works well for the occasional track outing. Like all BMR lowering springs, the SP089 has a LIFETIME guarantee against spring sag. Available in red powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Installation time is about 1 hour. Proudly made in the U.S.A.!

Kelly, I want a subtly lower stance. Not a big fan of raked look.
Want a better handling daily driver.
Thinking about 089s in front with 082's rear? I'm assuming this would lower the front more than the back and still look good.

What rear springs are a good match for this?

And how low will these springs make the front of the car?

And the rear springs that are a good match, how low will they make the back?

I would like to lower my car, but not too much. I am pretty happy with the height, I only want to decrease the wheel well spacing a bit.

The 089F/082R is a great choice. I have some customers with that package and they LOVE it.

There are photos on our site of these on a stock PP car (as the only mod)

The SP082 are a perfect match for people who want to drop the rear a little as well, and do not want much of a rake look.

Basically, the SP089 Front and SP082 Rear combo will result in about 7/8" Drop in Front and about 1/2" Drop in the Rear.

Outstanding!

Kelly, is OEM ride quality maintained? I put Koni STR-T's and Steeda sports on my 2010 and I don't want anything like that on this car. The '10 handles pretty nicely but the ride is not so great (in fact, it's pretty awful on a bad road). I love the comfort on the '16. :)

Thanks for the info! Is anyone running this set up with 20 inch wheels? I have 20's on my car (Roush wheels) and would like to know how it would look.

Also, my car is Non-PP, would ride quality remain largely unchanged?

So it will lower the front by 7/8 of an inch?

I have seen it stated by others to be around 3/4" - 7/8" with Kelly mentioning 7/8" to me.

Hmm, I went through all those pages a few times and it's almost all SP080's.
