I know the install is straight forward but what is the best/easiest way to cut the pipe?

Is the answer sawzall or is there a pipe cutter that will work? Currently, I have a Dremel or an angle grinder at home but I don't think either of those are the best solution. So if I have to buy a new tool, I'd rather get the cheaper one.......though I suppose I could borrow a sawzall.....

EDIT: didn't realize sawzalls are pretty cheap. I'll just go that route.

Sawzall works just fine. Just make sure you file where you cut the pipe so there’s no burrs that interfere with fitment of the X pipe.

If time isn’t a big factor, a hacksaw and grinder give perfect results :like:

Remember to check your pipes for irregularities or rough weld seams that could affect clamp effectiveness and / or sealing :

Use good clamps - comparison photos :

No active exhaust here. I'm just doing this for quick weight savings

Just buy an exhaust pipe cutter, they are cheap and make a square cut.
