Question on Ford Racing X Pipe install...

I have a tech doing the install this afternoon (along with Livernois 93 tune & CAI, Thermostat combo) but the issue is the clamps supplied w the X Pipe are not supporting the weight of the exhaust, sagging issue. He is going to retry again with using 40lbs of torque while installing the suplied clamps. Has anyone else on here ran into this issue ??? Factory exhaust btw other than the X Pipe.
