Personally looking at his timeslip and video, that car has a 8.40 in it on blower only. Don't get me wrong, a 1.23 ain't no joke for a 60' but it can leave harder than it is and cut 1.18 to 1.19ish and in the 8.40's it will go.........just my observation.

2.75 upper 20% lower. Comp stage 3 cams as far as your major mods
Car sounds awesome. +1 for a complete list of mods (please ;) )

I'm converting to stage 2 this weekend and would like to be able to follow your 8 sec recipe.

Thanks in advance!!

ID1300's, Fore Triple hat system, Comp Stage 3 off the shelf cams, stock heads, Livernois sleeved block, full BMR setup, Aerospace front brakes, trunk mounted ice tank, currently on 2.75 pulley, beefed up 6r80 with 2C converter, 2" ARH headers with 3.5 inch collectors.

I think 275's for M/T's but can't remember.

Correct. 275 Pros for tires. Basically nailed the engine mods. Did put Cobra Jet valve springs in, custom DSS carbon fiber DS, FRPP 3.31 gears with Tru track dig, Moser axles. Is on E85.

The main thing you want/need is a great tuner. Without that you are wasting your time. Ken Bjonnes at Palm Beach Dyno is who you want. I can setup you guys up with anything you need. Everything on my car is off the shelf parts and we also carry so any questions let me know:first:

Is this the E85 that you get from Sheetz? I remember you had a checker to test your fuel and told me to do the same.

Too bad this is just an s197 so it doesn't count. 1100rwhp running just 8.55, just an ole 2.9 Whipple:). Too bad others have to make more power to still run slower. #whatsyourdynosheettrap?

Shawn went to the track for the first time on his Manual Whipple setup.

Weight 3935 trapping at 134, dynoed at 734. Stock block and the first time at the tracking running 10.8 is a fair outing I'd say the least.

This is an S550 BTW
