It's barely been three business days with a holiday weekend and you're complaining about the wait? smh

It's pretty interesting. It wasn't but 8 or 9 months ago that Whipple reps were on here constantly bashing Roush blowers, etc. Doesn't seem like we can go 2-3 days without reading some kind of issue with a Whipple set up. And in this case, a customer service issue.
Exactly. Whipples are not all that. The issues with them are over whelming. Out of all the F/I kits on the market hands down the Roush blower is the most stable. :headbang:

Glad to hear Whipple got you squared away as I knew they would. Great service and product always.

Can you elaborate on what gasket failed and why it was making noise when you sent it in?

Well, when you're probably the top PD supercharger sold you're going to see more issues than not.
There arent many people going to say My Supercharger is Running Swell today!
I don't own a Whipple and don't intend to. But from what I've seen on these forums their customer service seems to be great. They're a solid company for sure. Out of the PD blower world i'm sure more people would prefer the screw type over roots if price wasnt a factor.

I am suspicious of the Roush install that requires grinding metal, generating metal shavings / metal dust in the engine bay. Can't they make a design that doesn't require doing that?

I own both a Roush supercharged 16 and a Whipple 16. Give Whipple the benefit of doubt. They will take care of you. When they follow through, you will have the best set up!
