I have a 2016 Mustang GT Mt82 with VMP Odin with P2135 throttle body death code. I have twin jet 69mm throttle body that apparently VMP doesn't make anymore and they now have a twin jet 67mm in black for $850.00. I have my old original stock throttle body and since the twin jet 69 vmp uses native Ford electronics I asked the VMP rep if I could swap over the internals before pulling the trigger on a new one and he said yeah should be no problem. I also asked if I would have to do a relearn/ adaptation with a scan tool and was told not necessary. Without removing the throttle body from the blower and intake it was a 5 minute job and the part #'s for the throttle body, the gears, the outer cover and the electric motor are all the same. However after swapping everything , I now have only a P2112 code for throttle body stuck closed. I disconnected the battery and the code is still present. Car starts and runs like @$$ bc yeah the throttle body is stuck closed. I borrowed a matco scan tool the next day after work and what a slow POS this thing is. When I try to run the test plan for the throttle body relearn it just goes to another screen that says "erase learned vehicle values?" but doesn't do anything even if I run it. I still have the P2112 code and it will not erase. Any ideas? I even marked the gears with a paint marker before transferring over to the vmp throttle body. I can freely move the throttle body and it does not bind. It's silky smooth and isn't even dirty. Can anyone verify if VMP uses native Ford electronics on their newer throttle bodies or do they use someone else?

Is it getting power? Forscan is the diagnostic software to use IMO

I took apart the throttle body again and removed the Bosch electric motor and confirmed it works when I supply power and ground. After putting it back together I still have the throttle body stuck closed DTC. I removed the VMP harness extension ( its in series inbetween the factory harness and the VMP throttle body) and checked for continuity and resistance on all 6 wires which is fine. With the key on, engine off I have 5 volts on pin 1 & 2 ( not sure if it's suppose to be source voltage or their both just a 5 volt reference) I have no voltage on the other 3 wires. I borrowed a topdon scan tool from a buddy and when trying to run the throttle body test plan it says to "erase keep alive memory" similiar to the matco scan tool but it doesn't do anything.

So you did or did not do a KAM reset?
