I'll probably take crap for this, but a Procharger. Yes, the car is an absolute blast to drive, but adding forced induction of any type (Not a dig against Procharger), opens a can of worms that constantly needs fixed.
I like prochargers, I would probably worry about the crank shaft snout over time if I had one. They even make a crank shaft snout brace for pro chargers but unfortunately that takes the front sway bar out.

I am positive every single Steeda product I have on my car has either rusted or corroded pretty badly. They do not really hold up when it comes to actual use.
So far I only have the powder coated g-trac brace and springs, other part is not metal (IRS alignment dowels for the BMR lockout kit I have (hammertone powdercoat) no rusting yet

Nothing so far.

I have at times wished I had bought a 6R80 equipped car, because it would work a lot better with the supercharger.

But, now that I am going to try some Autocross stuff I am actually glad I have the MT82.

So, no real regrets with any of the mods I've done, so far. I tend to think carefully and do a ton of research before I change anything, so I usually learn from other peoples' mistakes. 😝

The Diode Dynamics Elite Series Sequential Combination Fog Lamp kit failed within weeks, the turn signals / fog section still worked fine, but the running lights which turn on when headlight is on one side started flickering and burning out. (requires you to drop the bumper to get them installed) I could have just saved the hassle of not bothering with the kit (I know it has warranty) but might as well happen again. also what I noticed was the white running lights on it seemed very bright as if brighter than the oem headlights above them. I was able to go to the fuse box and disconnect the wiring to turn the kit into police mode. it completely eliminated the white running lights and the side that was failing. now I just have the amber turn signals turn on when needed for turning and the fog lights, so I am ok now and actually kinda like it better that way with them just being strictly fog lights or turn signals, but no running light bars, stock side markers are an amber bar of lights vs the white style Diode bar when headlights are on.

I had it in the shop when I had an alignment done recently and they said they couldn’t find anything…so they say🤷
What shocks did you go with? I used the ford performance race set and I got the same clunk as you.

If it’s like my problem, the top coils compress enough to touch when you go over bumps in the road at speed. Crawling through the forums, it appears Steeda added this coil isolator wrap sometime around 2024. It is absolutely necessary to get rid of the noise you describe. It really needs to be spun up enough so the top hat can grab it and keep it from sliding down the coil.

Oh yeah, I forgot about my biggest regret - the Exotic Pony Mods sequential tail lights. Total crap. They looked gorgeous, and the sequential signals were great, but the electronic modules kept failing. I kept replacing them, and they kept failing. And in the end the lamps themselves failed and I threw in the towel. A lot of money thrown down the drain. :frown:

I went with the Pro Active shocks and struts. I had my mechanic who’s done all my work do the install.

It wouldn’t take much to see if the isolator is there, and properly seated on both sides. In my picture it doesn’t look like the coils could contact, but when the weight of the car sits on them they squish down pretty good on the top two. I don’t believe the factory coils ever did.

I regret any kind of adjustable suspension parts (adjustable shocks and adjustable swaybar endlinks), it messes with my head when I experience something I don't like and I think maybe I can adjust it away... I'm in an ok spot right now and I'm just not touching anything, but want to...Pray for me lol
I learned that same lesson. Having all that adjustment turned it into a racecar PITA! I had a pretty full notebook of all the changes and settings. WAIT A MINUTE. It's a damned street car!!. Finally pulled all that crap off. It was just a Fox body!! I went non-adjustable on everything I could. The coil-overs kinda had to be. I went with Bilsteins, Eibach bars, MM everything else. I locked it down and ENJOYED THE CAR. I get the fact that for some, the enjoyment is IN all that adjustment. I guess I just got past that. I replaced that with this 2018. It has Magneride and Active exhaust, so I'm automatically "Mod Limited" in those areas.

My G-trac brace was rusted to hell. I literally just threw it away the other day, as I didn't need it anymore since I have the Steeda tubular sub-frame now. I sure hope this subframe holds up and doesn't look like shit in a year.... You can kinda see the subframe in this picture when we relocated computer and fuse box under the passenger headlight.

This is the exact same reason I didn't go with CoilOvers for my current car. My nephew doesnt seem to understand this as im teaching him car stuff. Id prefer a once and done over than constant adjustment for how the vehicle feels. I get it, he is young and dedicated. Eventually he will understand.

Devil's advocate - that's probably just a one-off issue. I've got the same fog/turn combo, as well as the side marker lights for the rear and some SS3 pods that'll get installed on my Mach 1 bumper eventually. Fog/turn combo have been rock solid for the almost 3 years I've had them. Agree that they do appear to be brighter and maybe a cooler white than the stock DRLs, which annoyed me at first, but I learned to live with it. I've got aftermarket headlights now, so hoping there's a bit more of a match. And the single orange diode that shines through the white on both sides eats at me but Mach 1 bumper covers it up. Driver's side side marker light failed on me and they sent a replacement asap. That's been on for 3 years and haven't had an issue with either since.

All that to say I'd give the warranty a chance. I think they make good products but a bad product here and there is expected.

I regret putting on an aftermarket MP concepts GT500 front bumper cover on my car. I just shelled out a nice penny for a New Ford OEM cover, and paint.

In other news..a MP GT500 Bumper will soon be in the classified section. GRABBER Blue Metalic AE 😆

My only regret is conditional. I installed an exterior light tint kit from American Muscle. I covered all the exterior lamps except the fog lights. My car is black and the tinted lamps really look awesome. The only time I don't care for it is when I'm on a back road at night and wish my headlamps were a bit brighter. The high beams aren't any better than the regular setting before they were tinted. Also, 7 years later, the tint film is getting cloudy from UV exposure
