Track, maybe. Daily driving... not me. Not against lettering, but it's a bit too bold for my taste. But, I'll always say, you do you!

I grew up in the 70s, so lettering on tires with small sidewalls compared to those days looks a little strange to me. Having said that, it looks good with a white car. I don't know if I'd want to advertise P Zeros, though. :)

Different. I kind of like for the same reason I prefer my cs wheels over the other monotone options.

I think it’s a bit over the top for street duty. If you were drifting and road racing that style would probably be more acceptable. Bottom line is, you paid for it, it’s your car and if you like it, enjoy it and make the most of it.

IMHO silver strips would look better if you want a bit more oomph.

Like they said.

I can appreciate what you are trying to do, but I feel the tires say one thing while the car says something else.

I've seen a S197 Red GT500 with white stripes which uses a wheel/tire combo like you are using; I think something like that can work.

There is a WRX in the area which is all white with champagne/bronze rims and solid black tires. Sporty. Elegant. Looks nice. Might be something to consider.

In the end, you do what you do.

Worse for me. This is why I don't like black wheels on a white car, it's just 100% contrast and no detail, might as well have black holes for wheels that delete all matter and light lol

With that said, even though I don't care for it, I don't think it looks bad per se.

I like the look. Considered doing it myself but I go through tires too fast to make it worth it.

Well Just a simple set of white letters to get rid of the black on black makes it look better or worse?
IMG_11010.jpg
My simple answer is worse.
Ti me wheels should compliment the car/ look. Solid black wheels on a white only car are just a black hole. The white lettering draws the eyes to the point the car fades into the background and all I see is the lettering. And,FWIW, I dislike the chrome lugs too.
I may be old fashioned but I think a set of old school chrome Cragers would look great on your car.
But, it is yours so you do you.

Something about a clean white mustang is appealing to me.
Those who put the blue top stripe/s on em .. I really like that look too.

Tire lettering ... kinda old school.

I saw a white S550 locally once with white wheels and blackwalls. Looked awesome!
