To me it sticks out like a sore thumb. :frown:
I'm willing to go through the trouble of covering the holes, as long as I only lose SiriusXM and DAB (which I don't need anyway). But if I lost FM and/or navigation that would be a different story.
Yes, if you remove it you lose all everything. Just don’t look at it. You’ll get used to it.

Checkout this thread, starting at post 52. The 2021 mule was a Euro model so this could be a simple part mixup. Or maybe an in-line production change for the upcoming Sync 4. Just for the heck of it can you check the Sync version and build numbers?

Does this mean there will be a Sync 4 retrofit available? I've liked the looks of it so far but I'm not sure how Sync 4 will look on an 8 inch screen.

Is it safe to assume the 18-20 Models will be able to get Sync 4 once its available for the 2021 mustangs?
I hope so. I've never Liked Sync 3. Sync 4, from what I've seen, looks like it actually came from this century.

At this point Ford has not confirmed Sync 4 for the 2021 models. Considering how long Ford made us wait for 3.4 I wouldn’t hold my breath for Sync 4 even if it were possible. Right now it’s wait and see.

I don't like antennas at all, but prefer the 'shark fin' one, to the 'hole cover' I have on my Bullitt. It should have been shaped a little like an antenna, and it'd actually be nice. But yes, that antenna looks big on the Mustang, for some reason. Maybe it is. The one on my wife's car looks identical, and it's about the same size as the Mustang, and it doesn't look big.

As a side comment, can't believe Ford put the same crappy rear brakes as my car on the GT500. Freaking Ford. Put some proper 4-piston rear calipers on your halo car; geez.

JC will not see this as he blocked me for being an ass. OK, I'll admit it posts like this made me do it. Please let him know that GT500 have 4 piston rears.

And let him know i still love him. :inlove:

You said it brother. I had a 2012 focus with MFT, it was so bad back then it was easier to just leave it turned off. Every time we tried to use it would go haywire.

The more I look at this shark fin thingy, I can't help but be glad I just got a Manual Tranny with Sync-1 and put in my own flat screen android radio. No shark fins, no fancy spoilers/wings etc. Just a nice and basic looking GT, with a nice set of wheels.
