I just don't get it. Frustrated.
I personally would have it looked at. Even before I SC'ed I'd break loose leaving the drive way. Find an open parking lot and just give it hell, 3500rpm and just dump the clutch and WOT!!!! See what happens.

Get a tune(not to mention headers and a full exhaust...LOL)..............I was doing some 30mph to 6k WOT runs for engine break in and my car was all over the road with wheel spin and that's an AUTO and nothing turned off. It was CRAZY dangerous to just smash the go pedal without being ready for the rear end to break loose.

When I'm rolling at low speed (around 10mph) in 1st gear and I go WOT throttle, I get no wheelspin at all. How the heck can this be? Well, It doesn't seem like I do--is it because of the torsen?

Tires are Conti DWS06's. Is it because of the throttle lag?

Anyone else experience this?
Wow, and you have a base PP, with 3.73's? Has to be because of the tires, those are all seasons, so grip would still be decent in cold weather. The stock Pzeros will break lose in cool temps with barely a hint of throttle.

Also, some tires may not squeal when they break lose (the Pzeros usually don't in cool weather).

Still though, even in warm summer temps when my Pzeros are extra sticky, they will break lose at WOT in 1rst and 2nd, sometimes even 3rd.

3.73 PP here...

Wheelspin everywhere, especially at 10mph.

These lay down traction much better than the 5th generation. I agree it was a bit more fun spinning the tires in the 5th generation, but the 6th generation is superior in most every way.

When you turn your TC off does your light come on?
The traction control off light comes on when I turn TC off or switch to track mode. But in normal mode with TC on, I can't get the TC active light to show. Any time I get the wheels to spin I get no light, no cutting of power. Maybe I got a nannyless car?

You can spin the wheels with TC on at 10 MPH. I'd say your tires are really warm or something is wrong

Cause it's FUN !!!!!!!:eyebulge: lol
And expensive....:tsk:

P.S. I got my first burnout accidentally, in an ecoboost. Came up to the freeway ramp meter light, was a little heavy on the throttle and let up on the clutch. The nannies were on, and there was a fair amount of rubber already on the freeway onramp where the ramp meter stops you...

I've driven several 15/16 cars and none of them spin uncontrollably like people will tell you here. These cars are very composed....they just hook and go. People tend to exaggerate on the Internet...
