I've driven several 15/16 cars and none of them spin uncontrollably like people will tell you here. These cars are very composed....they just hook and go. People tend to exaggerate on the Internet...
I'm under the impression my car is toast and I should drive it off the cliff. Nevermind I'm not dumping the clutch and have better tires than the pzero stockers sitting back there.

Are you telling me I shouldn't torch it? Cmon. I've had it 2 weeks today. It must be shit.

i remember thinking the same thing when i got my car, would barely spin unless u tried to make it. now 10k miles, LTs and cat back. 1st gear spins anytime over 75% throttle maybe less. second will spin full throttle after 3500rpm or thereabouts, stock pirellis grip like crap now.
thats also GT PP and stupid low 3.73

Pedalmax is such a gimmick but to each their own I suppose. I'd get it looked at, yes the car is well designed and composed, but I don't think it matters what tires you have - with 3.73's and such low temps flooring it in first should always spin the tires.

Seriously, only you know how hard you're trying to spin them, or if you feel the car has its intended power. I got my car back in Nov of 14 so I didn't get a lot of drive time stock. Over the winter I had it tuned and CAI witch only lasted a month or so than I SC'ed it. So stock driving was limited. I just kinda remember test driving it and spun pretty easy. If you feel it's not performing to what you think it should,,,, a quick check up at a dealer wouldn't hurt.

When I'm rolling at low speed (around 10mph) in 1st gear and I go WOT throttle, I get no wheelspin at all. How the heck can this be? Well, It doesn't seem like I do--is it because of the torsen?

Tires are Conti DWS06's. Is it because of the throttle lag?

Anyone else experience this?
Also try this, instead of just hitting the traction control button to turn it off...hold the button down for 5 seconds. This turns all safety controls off.

I finally had the guts to give my automatic some beans and this thing has some guts. Half throttle and lights up back tires easily.
The traction control is very lay back on this car. It allows a lot of spin before kicking in.
My Toyota gets crazy even when there is just a tiny bit of slip.

I'm convinced if I had the stock tires on I'd be blowing them off. My Continentals are pretty good
