Yes, I have a convertible with automatic. The two weights are under both fenders in front of the A-pillar. And can be removed with three screws

Soon as I get a chance to weigh mine I'll post weight & what I removed to get it there.
100lbs equals 0.1sec in 1/4 mile. 1 car length. I'd just get a lower reaction time first before taking the car apart

Do any of you have any tips or tricks for weight reduction?

I am not looking to turn this into a race car, but she could stand to lose a few pounds. I want it to MOSTLY be a normal looking car on the inside.

Currently planning on removing:
-Back seats (partly for weight and to have a little more room for my bike 😅 )
-Rear speakers (honestly, I never listen to anything on the radio, I'm a windows down all the time guy)
-Trunk lid carpet/sound dampening

-Eventually I will get a lighter driveshaft of some sort.

Any other ideas?
So I’ve done a bit of research trying to find methods of reducing weight while still keeping the car good as a daily driver. Looks like you can replace doors, panels, driveshaft, things like that, but will cost thousands and thousands of dollars to ultimately shed 10-30lbs in the end.
Why not try Jenny Craig, I actually heard it’s covered by most health insurance companies here in the states. 🤣
( I’m joking and mean no offense )

My weight reducers: rear seat delete, tire repair kit & wheel well cover removed, head rests & floor mats removed, JMS drag pack w/drag radials & 4.5 inch skinnies, Baer brakes & rotors all around, front sway bar, windshield wipers & wiper fluid removed, exhaust system removed. Factory coil-overs removed & added Viking coil-overs, Cuthroat cut-outs behind cats, Ford Power Pack3. Thinkin' that's it, possibly could have forgotten something though.
12 June is our first race date so curious as to what it'll do!
How do you like the cut outs? I’m having long tube headers and high flow cats installed next week and was thinking about getting a set installed at the same time. Just want to know how you like them.

I had those cut outs on my '17, left 'em on when I sold the car. Definitely liked them and it's a great idea but since I rarely drive my car on the street I just cut mine current exhaust system as pictured. Removing the resonator & active exhaust saved about 80-85 lbs. Car runs 11.8s @118-120 mph through the cats in bad air; typical DA is 6000+, on an E85R tune.

Dunno for certain - Juggernaut E85R tune is only real mod. Car weighs 3440 lbs with about 1/3 tank of fuel. Only have 2800 miles on it so just now getting broken in! Ain't makin' as much as this bad jackson:

Whats happen with the weigths under the front fender? 12.1 kg = 25 ibs

Where did you find these weights at? Is your car a convertible?

Those are vibration dampeners. They reduce body NVH generated at certain frequencies. I’d be curious to know/understand the difference in ride quality with them removed.

Just weighed my '17 GT Premium A/T with 1/2 tank of gas after putting it on a diet.

Tell me about the diet! I got mine down to 3636 at one point.

I now drive with my Mustang for a year and a half without these weights. I haven't noticed anything negative yet. Not even at a speed beyond 280 km/h. However, I have installed all possible upgrades from Steeda and BMR as well as the one-piece carbon driveshaft from QA1. The NHV is very high anyway.

Back seats - free and not too much work
Speakers - the little weight is not worth the trouble
Carpet/mats - also not worth it
Driveshaft - in pounds per $ it is not a good deal.

As posted, wheels and tires may be the best starting place. If you have the iron diff it may be worth it to find an aluminum one. A lighter battery (and moved to the back) may be worthwhile.
What he said. Rotating mass is going to be your best $ for $mod. I want to say a loss of weight in wheels/tires/brakes will multiply your gains due to the loss of unsprung weight. My recommendation? a light drag pack or street wheel, some lightweight brakes, and maybe some lightweight seats. Keep your interior man.

Why do you think FoMoCo went to all that expense to make carbon fiber wheels? Just to be cool?
The S550 is a porker. With all the FMVSS and NVH targets, the OE's don't have too many places they can do effective weight reductions. The composite fenders and hood used on GT500 actually weigh more that a stamped aluminum part. (Tooling was way cheaper.) Aluminum hat rotors and CF wheels are bolt-on, effective weight reduction pieces. Paired with a nice, sticky tire, they are instant gratification.

Pretty much.

$10,000 option, meanwhile you can get a set of flow-formed aluminum wheels that save almost as much weight for less than half the price of ONE carbon fiber wheel.
