Wondering who has had good success with waterless car was. A guy I met at CnC recommended 3D waterless car wash.

Anyone use it? Any other brands people have used?

Thanks a bunch M1 Owners

Is this a Trick Question lol, I know we had waterless soap, shampoo during the war but I don't know if I would wash my paint without first breaking up the dust and dirt with water first. Interesting.

I've been using Optimum No Rinse as my first foray into waterless washes. I've been pretty impressed. It's pretty time efficient, for sure.

I used that stuff and it worked quite well for years. I've got a lower PSI Ryobi powerwasher and Blo-Dry dryer now.

I have the ryobi as well. Works good but my car never gets really dirty unless birds poop on it. Then it's a bunch of work to get it out and blow it off then microfiber dry it. Looking for a quick touch up between major washes.

I basically quick detail my car every evening and then polish it with Car Guys Liquid Wax (left the Liquid Glass club) on the weekends so in Southern California where it doesn’t rain it’s never dirty anyway. There’s your waterless.

Oh boy. I'm not sure where to start with this.

Waterless wash keeps pro detailers in business. Polishing all the scratches left in the paint.

I would never use waterless wash.

I don’t follow. If anything gets on it of course I spray it down and wash first if it gets to that point. My car is flawless. I intend to keep it that way. And to top it off it’s a DD.

Wiping a car down with a quick detailer is not a safe way to clean it. I can guarantee you have swirl marks from that. Go to any car show and you can see the results. A wax is not a polish. Those are two completely different products.

I normally avoid any of these type of posts. I don’t want to be a tool as it appears you’re trying to be one but I’ve been detailing my cars since I was 16 years old. I don’t know how old you are but it’s a 2 hour drive from Santa Barbara to check it out if you’d like. Bring your swirl-o-meter with you. If you are a detailing expert just let me know and we can exchange notes. That being said I will avoid future posts. Just trying to help out the OP.
