But if there is no hum or vibration while coasting in neutral at 60 MPH then how could it be drive line related? The whole drive line, differential and axles are all turning while coasting at 60 MPH.Yep, drone is drive line related. At 60mph where it is most apparent I drop to neutral and silence, put in 6th and hummmmm. Did this at least 5 times and it is definitely still there.
Maybe it's your transmission when under load? Or maybe there is some noise induced vibration from the exhaust system.
