Yeah, I agree man totally. Ford is really dropping the ball on this one. I love Ford and I love my Mustang but the whole situation with my wifes Mustang has really soured me on Ford. I know she really wants another Mustang but she will not be buying another Ford when we finally get this all resolved and get the buyback processed. We have been paying for a new Mustang with the 201A package since July and my wife has been in a rental the entire time. Their customer service reps are terrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. They are dragging their feet on this whole situation and other than getting a lawyer there is nothing we can do. It is complete bullshit to be getting this kind of treatment. In the past 16 months I have purchased three brand new Ford vehicles from Ford that have totaled $115,000 dollars but that is not enough to get any service from Ford on anything it seems. That is complete garbage.
