No one has ever determined why. And no one can actually explain the whole oil/oil change issue. So stop obsessing over it and get some Ceratec!

The tick will always be there. It is part of the engine. Ceratec quiets the tick to a level that most people no longer hear it. And that’s really what it’s all about.What do you mean Ceratec doesn’t eliminate the tick?

A lot of people use 1 can but I use 2 per the recommendation on the bottle. You see the difference right away, depending on your generation of Coyote motor you can use 5w-30 or 5w-20
I have late 2016 GT and using 5W-20 synthetic.
I can't exactly say 2 cans is better than 1 but the bottle calls for 1 can of Ceratec per 5 quarts or something along those lines.

Not necessary. As far as how much, start with as little as needed. See how it goes and add more if necessary. More doesn’t mean better.
