It is kind of weird that they offer heated/cooled seats then. Interesting where they chose to draw the line.

I wonder if there was nowhere to put the radar unit for the adaptive cruise on the GT350 nose. Or if it was just a decision to leave it off because of what you are talking about.

It's cool you've spent more time at the track, but I'm guessing you are in a very small minority of owners that has achieved this track to street ratio.
I understand it's expensive to let people order individual options, but I would have been fine with base Mustang GT seats and a base stereo but have the coolers if the car needs coolers. Not that heated/cooled/leather/etc. isn't nice - it's just low (off the bottom) of my priority list.

I agree and the heated/cooled seats weren't a priority of mine either. I'm just glad they gave a choice between the standard seats and Recaros.

As for the coolers, well I think we can both agree that has been hashed out enough in other threads. ;)

If Ford didn't group or gave my options; my priorities for comfort would had been:

1. Nav
2. Leather (leather recaros preferred)
3. Heated

I would had never selected cooled seats as an independent option.

I am glad Ford did not add fluff to the car to appease the masses. Actually, I wish ford would have given me the option to remove items to give me a better price point, but that is not the case.
Indeed.
I asked the sales guy, could I delete the electric Windows for the crank ones. Rear seat delete would've been another item. I don't drive from back there, & won't ever sit there.

I actually like the clutch feel, but lots of people don't. There is an over-center spring in the mechanism that makes it easier to press the clutch in for the second half of the travel. But that means when you release the clutch, you get an increase in force half way through that makes it feel like it is popping out.

Many people have replaced the stock assist springs with a lower force spring from Steeda. It makes the clutch force more linear, which might solve your concern. It might also help the 1-2 shift. I've also found that keeping the revs up during the shift helps smooth things out.

Me and my brother were both speaking about the clutch feel on my GT350 actually. He hates it I personally love it.

Yeah I might have to change the rear end if thats an option the gearing is too long for where I drive.

Hmm the panel gap on my rear bumper is getting larger

I just took delivery of my 2017 gt 350. Triple yellow with black stripes. Looks great. Been a long time since I've owned a mustang. It is impressive. Just looking at all of your posts to see what you have been doing. Thanx

My car's garage is tight so getting in and out of the Recaro's is difficult and uncomfortable...but you never want to get out of the car to keep driving...a good thing.

I finally have some real complaints. 6 months with the car, 2500 miles.

The front left bumper keeps separating where it meets the fender/headlight. Im guessing there is a missing fastener there.

Rear bumper has started to sag, I can push it up 2-3mm on both sides now.

Maximum torque is at 4750 RPM, as I recall. It's pretty flat from 3500 to 6000, after that, it drops off but still generates HP up to the redline. See attached shift analysis I did a few months back.
Cool chart, but I think there is something off with your 5th gear torque calculations. There is an increase in output on that gear that is not present on the others. It should have the same shape as the others, just scaled down. I think that might affect your shift point as well.

Separating from where? The rear 1/4 panels, or the bumper, or??? Mine is still looking good IMO, but I'm interested in knowing what to look for.

Yeah where it meets the rear quarter, very noticeable now since its a horizontal gap next to the taillights

Only two dislikes , first is that my car , a tech, doesn't have coolers..... I know, I know....... Second is that I have to touch the gas cap to open it. Is there a trick to this?
