Kitchen ones are probably 20You guys convinced me to buy this dryer thing. The only problem is it needs 18 AMPs? I dont know if I have any outlets in the house with 18 AMPs. That's kind of extreme. Need to check.
That's right and I do have lots of extremely long extension cords that I had bought for christmas lighting so maybe it can work.Kitchen ones are probably 20
I'm taking you don't have an enclosed garage because those would normally have 20 amp outlets. That's right and I do have lots of extremely long extension cords that I had bought for christmas lighting so maybe it can work.
You're absolutely right. I have a workshop where I normally dry my car w/o problem. Recently I wondered if I could just blow off the dust and prolong the time between full washings. I plugged the MB into a garage outlet and within seconds it shut down. You guys convinced me to buy this dryer thing. The only problem is it needs 18 AMPs? On the plus side, running heavier wiring and putting in a bigger breaker is usually easier/cheaper in a garage than inside a house, especially if the panel is on or near the garage which is fairly common. I mean if I needed to do that, I wouldn't care so much about perfect drywall seams, texture, paint, etc. in a garage if I had to go into the walls. You're absolutely right.
