So you spent a bunch of money and shotgunned in a bunch of new parts... Which might have accidentally solved the problem without actually identifying the original issue? Tell me, have you considered a career as a dealership mechanic? :)

Seriously tho, glad it worked out but I was kinda curious what it would be. I have all the parts you just removed and no weird noises, so it would have been nice to know the cause.

Absolutely!!! Spent some loot, i dont care-Just wanted that noise to END!!! I dont have the time to diagnose it, work is crazy, kids and wifee!!! Overwhelming!!!
Thank you, I think it was a combo of errors.. I think the mechanic didnt torque the sway bar & end link bolts to TQ spec, bar shifted in hard cornering which bent an end link and the noise would happen everytime i turned the steering wheel, like a huge clunk crack. I def dont like the poly bushings, id rather go with RUBBER and GT350R bars, Also the STEEEDA G-track front brace for sale!!! I will be swapping out the rear soon and putting the both front and rear BMR's for sale cheap soon!

Okay, but first direct me to your new end links.
They were regular FORD end links from rockauto!!! Nothing special... I was there watching them humps TQ those bolts to 85FT lbs and sway bar bolts to 81FT lbs!!!

the bars vary wildly in "spring rate"
BMR == Eibach in rates.
Steeda is a VERY stiff bar
H&R *REFUSES* to disclose their rates. I asked both USA and German reps.

Yea it’s on the car. But I think Ale has the same bar which is the reason I got it lol
Yep. I'm doing my car VIRTUAL for assetto corsa. So collecting all the data but I can't find the spring rate of this bar ! 😅

Looks like you have to do some math and take measurements lol.
