I have a 2017 Mustang GT Performance Pack with about 38,000 miles and I'm wondering if there are any suspension upgrades that would be worth the money. I've got Steeda subframe braces and vertical links and outside of that it's a 17 pp.

Depends on what you’re trying to get out of the car, how much you want to spend and what you’re ok with dealing with (increased NVH)…?

As @TrackMustang stated, it depends on what you want to do with your car. I've chosen to leave no stone unturned and with each upgrade, my car continues to improve, in some cases, drastically. It handles like a dream and I'll be tracking my car next season.

Also, bear in mind that NVH is subjective. Everyone detects the side effects of the upgrades differently. Additionally, the quality of the work to do the upgrades can minimize NVH. With the 90 Durometer differential bushings and subframe bushing support system, I can hear gear whine in the differential, but it's slight and only audible to me when I roll off the throttle and coast. No vibration, no harshness.

The first link that @Järn provided above is invaluable, especially if you're choosing rates for coil overs and adjustable systems (such as the new one from Steeda) for the rear.

Hope this helps,
MB

Hi Mike,

It all comes down to your definition of "worth the money" - i.e., what are your plans for the car - is a DD or do you plan on tracking it in the near future?

You can send me an email at tim @ steeda.com & I can put you in contact with our build experts that can advise & discuss the upgrades that are best suited for your future plans.

Really comes down to what you're using the car. The Steeda IRS Subframe braces or the BMR CB005 are both great options to help reduce wheel hop.

Hit me up with your goals and what you use the car for and we can get you a setup dialed in for sure!
