I paid $12500 for my Roush Stage 2 Supercharger installation and OPG installation. This price doesn't look too far off of that. The Whipple kit is typically a little more for cost so I think this quote looks about right. Just my opinion. What do you guys think of this estimate. I was basically looking to add the Whipple. But I got this estimate along with the S/C. It came out to 15K. I'm not spending all that.

All will give you midrange.I want the midrange power
Not a track car anytime soon
I wouldn’t like that estimate either… How many miles on the car? On my car with 20k miles, the only thing we replaced when doing the oil pump gear job was the crank bolt. Reused all gaskets. Hours on the whipple install is high, my shop did it in 12.2 hours. Hours on the OPG/CS job I had done was 8.9 hours. O2 bung install? They must not be familiar with these cars, no need for that as the cars have dual wideband from the factory. What do you guys think of this estimate. I was basically looking to add the Whipple. But I got this estimate along with the S/C. It came out to 15K. I'm not spending all that.

I am running stock OPG & Crank gear on my stage 2 also. I am running at about 850RW, and will be around 900RW soon. I don't hear about many failures with OPG's on 2018 and newer.danno1,
The Procharger and ESS are very easy to install (I have the Procharger with P1X).
Don't stress over the OPG's and crank sprocket. If you don't over spin the engine and bounce off the rev limiter (a non-issue with the A10), and you plan on staying under 700 WHP, you can save money here.
Nearly 6K on my Stage II Procharger with stock OPG's and sprocket. Lots of folks running a similar set up with no issues.
I didn't buy into the OPG/CS thing on my mild street set up with my 2018 (around 650 whp). However, 650 whp is amazing on the street, you can out run 99% of cars on the road with this kind of power and retain reliability as well.
No regrets.
I just want the S/C kit itself. Maybe the H/E but I think that's it. Would that work? I have 6,600 miles on my car. Just a short trip car. What do you guys think of this estimate. I was basically looking to add the Whipple. But I got this estimate along with the S/C. It came out to 15K. I'm not spending all that.

Why would it not work? Whipple gonna have you waiting a bit.I just want the S/C kit itself. Maybe the H/E but I think that's it. Would that work? I have 6,600 miles on my car. Just a short trip car.
