dsp4848 , Can you post the spreadsheet online somewhere? Not would it be available conveniently to forum members, but it would always be the latest version each time you update it.
Sure thing! I think I can post the Excel spreadsheet here as an attachment as long as it's in a .zip file format. I'll upload it later today when I get home.

What is the fitment issue you are referring to? I think I have decided to not go progressive. So my decision is between steeda ultra lite, or sport , bmr performance or handeling.
I don't have any pictures of it, but if you search, you'll find a thread about the Ultralites and some issues people were having with the install. Initially, the instructions had a description that was contradictory to the pictures, and even when installed properly, the top spring perch sits cockeyed on the spring. Steeda says they will sit correctly when installed and the weight of the car is on them. Not a huge deal, I suppose, but it didn't instill me with a whole lot of confidence when you're looking at the strut and spring and the top looks wonky. The Eibachs fit together like OEM.

That took a lot of work. Thanks for sharing
No problem, glad I could contribute.

When I get the time, I'd like to add Ecoboost and V6 springs as well since some of the rates are different.

Does anyone know why the BMR performance springs have a lower spring rate than the others? Aren't these even lower than the PP springs? I would think a higher spring rate would be called for better handling? Or are these springs just meant for lowering your car?

The rate is ever-so-slightly higher then the PP springs.
I assume this is so that the car continues to ride like it did from the factory.

Added GT350 and GT350R springs to the mix as well.

If anybody knows the spring rates for the stock EcoBoost, EcoBoost Performance Package, and V6 let me know.
Added your sheet to the OP buddy. :)
