Just subscribe to the thread.
And download the spreadsheet. When something changes, you'll get a notice, and you can update the spreadsheet on your drive.

Making this a sticky would make this information readily available to new forum members. This spring rate and drop information is really valuable and should be at the top of list of threads as a sticky for everyone to see. I would be on most of the other car forums I've visited.

I already did.

I didnt like it with an OEM Damper set.

At that point, I rather do the SP083 (so I did) for a good aftermarket damper that can easily control the increased oscillation with the stiffer rate.
I currently have the Eibach Prokit springs with Koni Adjustables.
I think the ride sucks of anything but the smoothest roads.
I want to keep some lowering... what springs would give me a better ride here in Michigan?

Can some one tell me what type of springs(linear/progressive) does the stock eco boost with PP has and the spring rate?

I would assume they're linears, like the GTPP. Can anyone else verify?

As far as the spring rates, no one knows them for any EB trim or for the V6.

Updated spring rates of Steeda sport linears and ultralite linears based off of info from SteedaTech. Also, fixed units to lb/in instead of in/lb.

Anybody know EB and V6 spring rates?

You could look at softer progressive springs.
Eibach Pro Kit
200-314lbs F / 800-914lbs R
Steeda Progressive Lower Springs
145-225lbs F / 525-820lbs R
The Steeda Progressive springs are softer so they should give you a better ride. But I'm not sure how the Steeda progressive springs whould match with the Koni Adjustables. You should call Steeda and talk to them about what you have vs their Progressive Lowering Springs as far as ride quality They also sell the Eibach Pro Kit Springs so they should know which has the best ride.
