I knew you would, there's no way you can't. I'm getting mine for a Christmas present for the 350. Already have a new thread insert for my Abrams knob.
Haha :headbang:

Anyone know the turnaround for a shift knob from Flossy Knobs by chance? Looks like they have some nice stuff.

I just ordered a custom one via Anarchy. I'll post pictures when it comes in.

I've had three different knobs on mine and now full circle back to the stock one. Just my $0.02, but testament to another thing Ford got right on this car. The stock knob just "fits". Works better, the style matches and compliments the interior, just can't beat it.

That Alcantara knob looks good and probably has a good feel to it but I believe it won't take to long due to friction shifting to start showing considerable wear of the Alcantara.

To the point...
Unfortunately for 6th gear in the GT350 that’s anything but the case. That knob would just make me think of Han Solo shifting the Falcon into hyperdrive and it going nowhere...

I thought about that too, but figured the wear on the knob can't be any worse than on the steering wheel. My car is almost 2.5 years old and the wheel material has been holding up so far, hopefully the knob does just as well. And yeah, it does have a great feel, which is nicely matching to the feel of the wheel now.

I'm cool with the stock one. I'm not gonna work to get it off if it's that hard. I've changed these before and it's cool but, not a big deal. Why would anyone change the shifter. I think it's fine. I had the MGW on my 2011 GT500 and hated it. Never change again.

Was it the vibration? I had issues with the MGW in my 2011 gt500 also.

It just was notchy and not nearly as good as I thought it should be. Never again. Way too much money.
