I just saw that the 350s use a dark grey for the radio knobs and climate. Anyone know if there interchangeable? And where find some?

Charge your phone first. 
GT350s, and I believe 500s as well have gunmetal accents for all the places "chrome" is present in base GTs. eBay is probably your best bet if there is any.

This started back with the 2007 GT500's. Even they used a "smoked chrome" finish on all of their trim.
