No idea what options are best for a V6 but I had to fab this cover for my car after adding the vents.

In all honesty mine was about 80% just for the looks as I knew years ago I wanted to do the livery I have now and more or less copy the general look of the GT4 cars.

I wouldn't throw any money (intake) at making power with a V6. If you want power, sell the V6 and get into a used GT.

Cooling OTOH is probably worth it to keep the motor you have alive as long as possible..
Roger. I will keep this in mind!

Love it. I may procharge my car later on, so I want to upgrade everything thats chassis or aero beforehand because if I blow the engine for some reason before I get the chance to procharge…V8 swap.

Max NA wheel horsepower from a cyclone is still pretty much unknown from a average car point of view. If you look at the Ginetta G55, they modded a Cyclone to make 300+ NA to the wheel using a ram air intake system amongst numerous other things…
Another group modded their Ginetta G55 to make 450bhp with a stroker kit and ported cylinder heads.

I only have center vent and recently got a lot rain (in Saint Louis) - car survived it without slightest issue so at this point I quit thinking about making an intake cover. But I do not have side vents in which case one of them would have been directly over (open) airbox.

Yea I wouldn't worry about it without the side vents.

Man, I would only do the side vents (if not doing all). They seem to flow with force, while the center vent flow is… limp by comparison

Yea on the GT there's so much blocking the center vent it can't do too much. But with the GT350 it would look weird to have thr massive side vents and then the tiny stock vent in the center.

Just read this, do you suggest I only do sides? Or all three.

@mavisky as well, do you guys feel there is that much of a difference between trackspec and racelouvers?

Rave Louvers have been wind tunnel tested to work better. I prefer the look of the Trackspec a d got a deal on a set that had been purchased and never installed so paid less than what just the center vent from Race Louvers would have cost.
