Is that hat covering a man bun…?
There's not enough hair up there for anything, let alone a man bun. Funny how it'll grow on my face and not up top.

I've been quoted, by more than one reputable builder, that a sleeved Predator (no supports) will accommodate well north of 2000hp. Hell, there's a guy here in AZ that is making 2000 on a non sleeved Predator
I think stock pistons are the problem when going for High HP. I think even the predators are cast hypereutetic like the standard Coyote. Those seem to be good to ~1300 @ the 9.5:1 Compression.

I think once you remove that limitation then it's up to tuning and boost to get you to the the number you want.

Definitely wouldn't use a stock piston for the kind of power that I'm looking to make, forged or cast...

Are they hypereutectic? I'll have a hard time seeing them using a low silicon forged piston from the factory.l
I don't know if they are hypereutectic, but the grafal coating makes hypereutectic almost unnecessary. Not sure if the Ford engineers see it that way....

Obscene...if you're familiar with old-school thinking.

The coyote factory spec is actually 0.0002 interference to about .001 clearance. The Predator spec is about .001-.002. I just measured a production block and used pistons and they came out to .001 clearance on the nose.

Is that due to the coating or is the piston that large?

I mean that will certainly keep the noise down, pretty sure they are 4032. That's literally almost no expansion.

Did that used block get nuked or is it still in good condition?
