Inlets and Splitter

Here is a better picture of the inlets for the brake ducts. I drove over 800 miles this last weekend and had zero problems with the ducts. My brakes remained strong and fade free during hours of hard driving! I also installed a California Special front splitter. Super easy install. For non-performance pack cars, that want a larger front splitter, without going full race, this is the way to go!

During and after last weekends cruise I have had a small amount of interest in my fender graphic. This graphic, unlike my previous one, is custom. I took a piece of graphing paper and drew it out with a pencil. I then took it to my vinyl guy and he scanned, edited, and cut it for me. You can see plenty of pics of it above, but the camera almost never pics up that the hashes are flat black. I was able to get this night shot of it that shows the two tone that you usually only can see in person...

Looks great, man. The Calipers looks super awesome. I also like the blacked out bumper. Reminds me of what guys do to the 370z front bumper. Nice.

Thank you Foxtrot! The calipers were a lot of work, but definitely worth it! I hadn't seen anyone with the blacked out bumper on the S500 before, but I did get the idea from the tuner scene. I like that the new mustang still remains a muscle car, but has the lines and the refinement of some of the Japanese and German sports cars. :ford:

Black Caps Son!

I had the mirror caps painted over the weekend. Once again by Advanced Tech Collision--they have yet to disappoint, and have amazing turn around times! I'll get some more (better) pics up soon, but I was excited so I shot a couple on my lunch :clap2:.

Thank you @Lorne34 ! I did end up going back to the factory units. I needed a reliable backup to the Roush extractors. Now that I don't have gaping holes in my hood I can take some time and see if I can get the Roush units to accept the AM hood mounted red signals and also fit correctly. When I was at the Nor Cal meets So Cal cruise--I looked at various Roush units, some installed aftermarket and some installed by Roush. None of them had the sort of fit and finish that I expect out of mine, so if my attempts don't result in a near factory fit, I will probably scrap them for good and look for an alternative in the future...
