Yes, I can hear the audio, but it cuts out. Also, I can get blutooth to work, but it usually involves me deleting the phone from the system and disconnecting it several times and then adding it back. Usually takes a few times of doing that to work.

Here's a bit better picture. The affected area is about 8-10 inches wide and 5-6 inches high. Plan to bring it by the dealer tomorrow on my lunch to get a quote on a buff and then bring that to the manager of the tire place and try and get him to pay for that.
