It's an iron block. It needs to stay out of the Mustang.I like our thinking but doubt that ever see light of day today.
They can always make an alloy one. It's an iron block. It needs to stay out of the Mustang.
it’s only been four months, if that’s a tease…It's been a while since we've had any teasers on this. What gives?
I figured with all of the ZR1 & ZR1X headlines in the news lately, Ford would drop one of their monthly planned 'spy' teasers on Ford Authority just to keep folks interested. The last 3 have been about the wheels & tires, which has been lame. Give us something with some substance.it’s only been four months, if that’s a tease…
…then you ain’t never been married
(just joking wifey, I’ll do the dishes in a minute)
Where did you hear that?Speaking of the ZR1s, I recently heard there is an even more powerful model still to come after the ZR1X. Apparently, what everyone thought was supposed to be the ZORA, with the ZR1X, was a bait and switch with the actual ZORA still to come, in the 1400+hp range.
GM/Chevy has said there’s more to come/more C8 evolution. Have not seen 1,400 hp thoughWhere did you hear that?
I haven't heard exact specifics, but it falls in line with the model progression, and what's the point if they don't throw the book at it? Why add another model if they're not adding 100+hp?Where did you hear that?
I no longer believe it'll be 5.4L of fun. Cross plane, naturally aspirated 5.2L....maybe.Give us something with some substance.
That's more than Ford has given us lately!I no longer believe it'll be 5.4L of fun. Cross plane, naturally aspirated 5.2L....maybe.

lol nevermind, my bad…didn’t RTFQI see Car & Driver posted something about this subject. However, it seems all they had was already discussed here.
