I already have. the dealer been working with Ford tech for last month or longer. it has been escalated again. but trust me.. there is nothing more i can do and yelling and screaming wont help.Obviously it is not. I'd call Ford and do what is necessary to get an engineer to look at the car.
@Cobrajet might be able to walk you through the process.
