Soooo were back... if anyone interested in what happened look at previous posts. I dropped my car off for oil change, they say its leaking oil/trans fluid. Oil is from oil pan seal and trans is at input shaft. I've put maybe 5k since engine was replaced. Seems odd to me that these seals go this fast, i am thinking they botched the install. It is at different dealer this time... ugh. So, it's like another 3-5k in parts/labor which brings warranty total spent 20k+..... 19k mile on car presently...

Nah...it hasn't costed me a dime. I don't really like the new ones and with this one i have a new engine. I'm waiting to see what they say once they take it apart.

Likely when the changed the engine, they did not install a new converter seal..........probably used the same old pan gasket too.............

Everything approved for warranty except oil filter...lol. They found it was actually the rear drive shaft assembly.
