lol ya... i got a different service writer at dealer, whom told me he loves my car so it may work in my favor... but says replacing whole engines is their bread n butter jobs...makes me think they have a very large parts cannon that is well used. I'm guessing diagnosing is a dying art there...Getting the engine has been the fastest part of this whole ordeal.

When the vehicle is completed - and you talk to your Ford CSR again, push for reimbursement of vehicle payments for as many months as you were without the vehicle. Explain that you're a dissatisfied customer due to the length of downtime and this isn't what you would consider a good Ford vehicle ownership experience. I would also say it in a way that you were essentially paying on an product that wasn't able to be utilized due to manufacturing defects.i have - actually ill paste some of conversation, i dont think they are going to do much. The dealership will be the only one that can provide you with the warranty on the parts they are installing in your vehicle.
Vehicle payments are only a courtesy we take a look at the vehicle payments once the vehicle is completed. Keep in mind that we cannot assist you will all of the months that the vehicle is down. I will look into a vehicle payment once the vehicle has a clear path to repair with an ETA of completion.
