I live in Nevada and have a base model 2022 Mustang Gt. I was thinking about adding the PP1 premium radiator which I can buy new for $300. My car will never see the track only has 9k miles on it. Only drive it on the weekends but I do drive it sportily on hot days never an issue just want your opinions on should I change it.

Why? You hardly ever drive it. You have no intention of tracking it. It does fine stock the way you currently use it.
So, why?
I do plan on driving it from Nevada to Arizona a few times this summer when it will be over 110 degrees. That is the reason I was asking the question.

These cars have been rigorously tested by Ford Engineers in very extreme conditions. Driving from A to B for hours with gas stops/breaks here and there on major highways isn’t going to cause any issues with overheating.

Just check to make sure you don’t have any coolant leaks, coolant is topped off, oil level is good, gas in tank, and GO…

Ford sells Mustangs that live and drive for hours in those states. The cars are designed for that. You're simply worrying about something that's already been considered and been addressed in the design. If you want to spend the money and time, go for it, it’s yours. It's just unnecessary for your intended usage.

If you're going to upgrade the radiator, go for an aftermarket not just the pp1

Thank you for the very positive response! I can spend that money on other things!

Thank you , I was just asking the question. I would rather not spend the money.

I agree with all the above. Tracking the car will overheat the engine, even with the PP radiator.

240F is just below the Limp Mode temp, so just check what your temp runs on a very hot day.

If you live in an area with mild winter temps you can drain 1 gallon of coolant and replace it with distilled water. This will change your AF/water ratio to about 35/65%, and that will make your car run cooler on very hot days. This is what I have done (among other things) to help keep my car cool on track.

You said you never have problems and don't track it? Why would you need a new radiator?

If you're looking to spend money for no reason, I'm taking donations...

Kind of disagree with that
Been tracking hard and in sometimes triple digits temperatures, my 17pp1 on a good suspension and squared 305 and never had a coolant temperature problem…. But, i removed the factory oil-to-water cooler and added a big oil-to-air cooler instead
The issue is that with the factory set up the radiator is tasked with both cooling the coolant and the oil…
