At what temperature does the fan start spinning ?
While driving with the Ac on the cylinder head temp is normal. Once i turn off the Ac the cylinder head gets to 103C and then starts to decrease. Specially while traffic. I stopped at a traffic for 2 mins temp rose from 91 to 103C but when i tried to stop again for 2 mins with the ac on it never rose. It was fixed at 92 i guess. Outside temp was 30C at midnight. If you have any thoughts on this reply pls. If its normal or abnormal.

It's normal. When the A/C is on, the fans run to move air across the condenser and keep the high side pressure down to a good level. Without the A/C on, the fans only come on to control the engine coolant temperature, as you've noticed. They will run a lot more with the A/C on, which will keep the coolant temps a bit lower.

When the AC is on, fans are just about full blast so yes you'll experience cooler temps.

Otherwise the ECU targets 212* (100* C) engine temperature, so you getting to 103* then coming back down seems perfectly in order.

Fans are completely off until 212* at which point they come on 40%. By 223* they are full power.
