Well, Sam. I want my wing. (That was to be here 2 weeks ago) Otherwise, I would have asked for a refund. That's it. I didn't pay you for 2 weeks of half-assed excusses. By the reaction from people on the other thread, being prepared for 10 is just a lack of common sense. How bout you cut the bs and ship what you have.

I say give them a break. I highly doubt they would say two weeks if they didn't believe they could do it in two weeks. But things happen. Problems come up, especially bringing a new product to market that has a lot of demand. I don't understand why some people come here just to bash them.

Ok, the point has been made and explanations have been given. If you are unsatisfied with the response, a refund option has been offered. Repeating the same complaints over and over again in this thread is going nowhere and will lead to your posts being removed. Time to move on or take it to PM.

I still plan on buying one and very excited to see them installed on owners cars.

A bit of business advice since I have degrees in such, as well as real world experience... Take the profit from these first and second batch orders and make more wings instead of profiting the money straight away. You see the demand for the wing (which is awesome by the way) is very high, however you are losing customers over the shipping and the quantity. In a case like this, it is okay to have overhead since we all know they will sell.

Just a bit of advice to maximize your profit and minimize the wait time for us. Can't wait to have one.

I ain't to worried about it, I paid the $350 on oct 13th like many others and I'm sure I will be getting my wing shortly. These guys have been trying their best to catch back up with demand and try to keep us updated on here as well as can be expected. I would much rather them take the little extra time to make sure of quality rather than just slamming these things out and shipping them. I can't wait to get mine in the mail and put on! Just keep up the good work guys

I agree. I would rather wait as well for a quality product then to just send out a product with defects. I have waited for other products for months and in the end, it's well worth the wait. For those not wanting to wait you can always purchase one from the dealership or order one from China.:eyebulge:

So... here's an update. Sam@carbondynamics has contacted me personally, and has worked out details with me. He didn't have to, but he did and I really do appreciate it. After he explained everything to me, it all makes sense.

I don't wanna get too much into their business, because it's not really my place. I will say this. There is more than one supplier. They have the wings, there are other things with the kit that come from other suppliers, that just aren't in. They wanna make sure they have all parts before they ship to avoid multiple shipments, and other issues/complaints.

Most of us are understanding, and I for one completely understand that the demand is way above the supply, but when are all you are getting as answers is, next week, the following week, and so on, you start to feel irritated. At least I did. PMs went unanswered, no real updates. Transparency, all it takes was a real true response off what the current situation is.

I'm still following the Track Pack thread because I will definitely be ordering one once it becomes available, but we were just promised updates with no actual updates.
