Oh i get it. I daily a 2011 SHO with the 3.5 Ecoboost, but like i said. People on this site..... I didn't shame it myself.....Leave the Ecoboost out of it. The turbo cars need premium more than the NA V8.
in stock form I believe both GT and EB run fine on 87 through 93.Leave the Ecoboost out of it. The turbo cars need premium more than the NA V8.
Always run 93 whenever you get the chance over 87 or mid grade. Is it required? No, you can run 87. Is it worth the extra couple of dollars on fill up? YES!Do the S550 GT's require premium gas or can you run 87?
Oh you feel the difference ! LolMy main reason for asking is cause the wife will be driving it and i know she will never remember to use premium. Wanted to know if 87 if put in if i need to worry about it.
I only run Shell 93 vpower or BP 93 invigorate not just for the higher octane, these premium fuels have more detergents in them than regular or mid grade .Do the S550 GT's require premium gas or can you run 87?
I wouldn’t worry bout it. Especially way up there. I only use 93 in hot summer months and I can’t tell any difference in power or better mpg. It does run smoother on 93 when’s it’s hot. But in cool weather I can’t tell a difference. My main reason for asking is cause the wife will be driving it and i know she will never remember to use premium. Wanted to know if 87 if put in if i need to worry about it.
