Yes we include that for free with every licensed tune. You simply need a laptop and a obdx cable. Your tuner can then remotely send you locked files you can flash in.This may be a dumb question, but could I receive a file from a tuner, say via email, and use PCMtec software to deliver the tune to my vehicle? It seems like tuners write files for specific delivery devices, I.e. HP or SCT; not sure if it’s possible to port them to PCMtec and then deliver via the OBDX.
