I feel like there definitely would be a market for it l. Imagine whipple being able to sell into California and pass with flying colours.
Maybe even an e85 only cal.
We don't let anyone post unless they have purchased the software due to huge amounts of spam.
We have a support portal if you wish you contact us https://support.pcmtec.com there instead. I thought you were a direct customer, not a B2C
Out of all the dealers we have dealt with Ray has been phenomenal to work with. I am not a tuner myself and cannot/will not comment on tuners tuning capability however I can't recommend himself or anyone else on our workshop page enough. He gave us a go when many others wouldn't, spend hours...
Going catless is illegal and a no starter for a street car. Everyone OEM that makes 800hp with 150,000km warranties can do it, why can't the aftermarket do the same?
Yes. That way you could meet emissions and keep the cats. What does the 700hp raptor exhaust look like? Or the Gt500?
I'm sure you could extrapolate on that.
Has anyone tried running 2 cats in parallel on each bank? Surely you can keep the back pressure down, (do some muffling as they act as a fantastic resonator). Pass emissions and everything is hunky dory?
I don't know why no one has something like this for sale? If it works It helps the industry...
Would love to help however without knowing where those wires go (are they CAN? Power?).
Not many people modify the OBD2 connector unless maybe you hard mounted an oldschool ngauge or something (not sure how they are installed)
Upset for sure, though most the time things our out of peoples hands. You can yell and scream as much as you want but if coking coal mine shut down and there is a shortage of steel etc, shit happens sometimes!
The more the merrier!
There are so many combinations that we would love to see more guides out there to suit different vehicle combinations. Just make sure you put a disclaimer (for your own legal protection) and that it is produced by a third party not PCMTEC.
Legend!

Its not advertised or allowed in our eula however we allow it within reason. Eg cars being sold, or you simply are not using it anymore. Reselling access or multiple people using the account is not allowed (unless it is commercial use under the same company).
We have a full guide with pictures. Contact https://support.pcmtec.com for the guide. Alternatively, its available via the help menu if you've already purchased the software.
We provide several reference designs and a full bill of materials (BOM).
If someone offers an off the shelf in stock...
PCMTEC Pro tuner + OBDX VX (the cheap edition) + return to stock (1 credit) is your cheapest option to return to stock.
Much cheaper than Ford and you can sell it all afterwards (cable and software) if you don't plan on tuning your car.
Yes CANBus flex fuel is available for all 15-23 Mustangs (with the exception of 15-17 roush calibrations) and 15-20 F150s
21+ F150 support is coming soon as well (multi tune and everything)
FYI
If we don't support it all we need is a read and we can add support for it, turnaround time is 24 hours (or less if you email us when we are awake).
The latest roush cal we have currently is 1322-W2ARP-VAB which I believe is late 2022
It is absolutely possible and as a company I'd love to work with them to provide it. Getting the right contacts and making a business case to do so is the hard part. I assume enough people will buy the stock kit and be happy with it that it doesn't make business sense for them to go any further...
Specifically regarding?
Also whilst I develop custom automotive software I want to make it clear by no means i am I a tuner so take any tuning advice with a piece of salt.
This is an extremely interesting topic and even more so when you have fully independent intake/exhaust. The biggest interest to me is how oscillations can shift torque curves due to moving angles in transient conditions despite steady state showing something different. Makes transient tuning...
