I run an Ortiz flex tune in the truck and love it. That being said, there is a noticeable difference in the flex tune and the e85R tune I have from Luis as well. Depends what you want to do with the car I would think. Regular driver duties the flex is great. Save the e85R for track days

once you step outside, it's all propoganda, sanctioned by the employer. and alot of hyprocrisy and lies. and then when people call out the hyprocrisy and lies, they get banned.....

many examples.

constantly whines about the 10r80, same as the employer. why, so when peoples cars don't do what they are suppose to, its blamed on the trans,

claims all america cares about is 1/4 mile racing and thats all he cares about, but then whines about not being able to run a sway bar becuase of the turbo kit he bought....which....fits with the sway bar..... just didn't have the skill level to do it, said had 40 hours in and wasn't halfway done.. we get 27-35 hours at the shop to in stall one

every customer that complains gets berated and belittled, this is basically a deterrent to get others to keep their mouth shut

front page of website says "flop 650", already complaining about the only muscle car left, which is what your business is... . should be jumping up and down for joy...... that its not been discontinued like gm and mopar....

i'm just really over the horrible attitude and customer service, customers been complaining for years, and it was just time to say enough is enough

Lund is the reason I started learning how to tune my car. Actually it was my 2012 5.0 P/U that he pissed me off about.

90% of what Terry said about them has been my experience also. The 10% is the 10R80, I don't have one.

this website is on the internet, someone brought up the topic, therefore i commented on it.

starting the topic and discussing the topic are 2 different things. we moved on day 1 after we fired lund with a couple of very competent tuners and the customers and response couldn't be better

i've had 200-300 people in the last 2 weeks say the exact same thing to me,

there are a few "huggers" out there that can never see the big picture or hyprocrisy. didn't even mention how alex was talking how they were going to raise prices to weed out "crappy customers" , and then less than 2 weeks after we fire them, then run a new PB by over 1.5 thenths, they ran a tune sale....

i haven’t begun to really dive In. For instance. Alex complains Kelly tried to get him fired. , But then sr calls Hp tuners. Asks them not to sell to me. While… I’m still their largest dealer. Isn’t that kinda the same thing?

the free tune was probably the funniest though. That doesn’t even need to be explained to anyone with even a moderate level of intelligence.

and yes. When someone pulls 10k+ net revenue a month. It’s gonna hurt. When you offer 1 product which is service based. And you lose 120-150k a year. You have less need for people under your command to perform said copy / paste 1 And 0 service. So. You either take that loss a business owner. Or you remove overhead.

All u really need to do is call a reputable shop, get a package and supporting mods, designed for your goals and have it tuned by a reputable tuner.

When Lund said the Mach 1 was a joke and a waste of money, I knew I was going to move to a different tuner that day. Surprisingly not everyone gives a shit about the quarter mile and actually likes road course driving and solid every day driving. They're on their high horse over there and if you don't drink the Kool-Aid, you can't be part of the gang.
